Academics, researchers, postgraduate students, industry practitioners and policy makers are welcome.
How do I submit a paper?
Create an author account, verify your email and submit your abstract and anonymised review copy through the website. Papers are not submitted by email.
Can I save a draft?
Yes. The author portal lets you save your abstract and return to it before submitting.
Where can I find the deadlines?
Confirmed deadlines are published on the Call for Papers and Key Dates pages. If no exact date is displayed, it is still to be announced.
How does review work?
Review copies are assessed without author identity. Decisions and anonymised author-facing comments are available in your portal.
When will registration open?
Registration and fees will be announced once the finance arrangements are confirmed. Submitting an abstract does not require payment.
When will the final programme be available?
Programme development is scheduled for June 2027, with conference materials and proceedings planned for July 2027. Confirmed sessions will be published on the Programme page.
